Our company Mec Enerji Madencilik Ä°nÅŸaat San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Åžti (‘Mec Maden’) was established in 2010 in Ankara, Turkey. While our mine and production facility is located in Manisa, our headquarter remains in Ankara.
The MEC MADEN mine is located in the Kirankoy district of Manisa and our production facility is located in Akhisar. Crushing, screening, drying, packaging, and storage operations are all carried out in this modern facility. Our facility is 150 kilometres from the Port of Izmir and therefore has an excellent location for export. The location of our headquarters gives us the advantage of being able to easily facilitate any official documentation or permissions that may be required from the recipient country (ie. Documentation/approvals from the respective embassy).
Our company has one of the largest zeolite clinoptilolite processing plants suitable for organic farming in Turkey. Turkey has 62% of the zeolite (clinoptilolite) reserves. Mec Maden’s zeolite clinoptilolite has a high purity level. As a company we aim to contribute to the Turkish economy, and we strive to promote the use of the natural mineral zeolite clinoptilolite globally as a result of its countless benefits.
